Each piece is handmade to order with care. Once you place your order, we begin crafting it and dispatch it within 7–8 days.

As all our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we’ll either reship your order at no additional cost or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.
